Isn't this just a happy outfit? The skirt, by Jones NY - $7; the top is acutally an exercise top - $3; the dark floral brooch mimics the pattern in the skirt - $2; the necklace has great yellow bling (couldn't get a close-up) - $4. These yellow heels are by Gianni Bini and people constantly stop me to comment on them - they are several years old. You can see them in previous posts.
